This is a great clinic. The staff is amazing, always friendly and willing to help any way they can. Both Doctor's that have treated my ole girl were caring, gentle and best of all, actually helped her condition! She's over 20 years old, so any outing can be pretty traumatic, but everyone there makes it as smooth as possible for she and I. I'm grateful to them all.

I took my dog to this clinic on July 17 to get her rabies shot which they allegedly gave her but forgot to give her the tag. So we called no big deal accidents happen and they said they’d mail it. They didn’t come so we called again, three weeks later now the doctors on vacation and they’re still gonna mail the tag but the food prescription that they also forgot to give us will have to wait until the doctor comes back from vacation. A week after the doctors alleged return date we call again because we still have no tag and no prescription and we’re getting told we will mail it to you. Fast-forward a couple more weeks now it’s September 17 62 days without a dog tag vaccination, which is illegal so if my dog gets seen by the city, I can be fined and I have to physically go and get the tag myself along with the prescription and take a day off of work to do so because I live an hour away. Conveniently when I ask for the manager, the manager was on a three hour zoom call so I’d have to come back or call some other time.
