Lake Pet Hospital

This was our 1st visit. I took my 2 large dogs for heartworm tests, vaccines and annual checkup. Tech came out to car to walk 1 of the dogs in and we were taken straight to exam room after they were weighed. 1 dog is reactive. Dogs were given shots, and vet discussed dogs and their health. Best service I have had in a long time. They were able to cut Jazz-'s nails whereas no one has been able to trim the in over a year. Dogs were comfortable and this facility will be our new home. Plus, they also have emergency overnight care at the clinic. Small town hospitality with high-tech care. Reasonable pricing

Took my dog to get checked out due to a mass like thing on her leg. From the first phone call to leaving the building, all the staff members were so kind. They answered any questions I had. We found some answers, plus some other things. we do a follow up visit to see the progress. The only "con" was the long wait, BUT it was Saturday and I was a walk-in so I cannot blame them as they were busy with others who arrived before and had appointments. The provider sat down and explained what she did and found out her professional recommendations. I enjoyed my experience so much, I am planning to move my dog's care. My Dog slipped through his collar in their parking lot and bolted...fast today the ladies in the office helped me to try and catch him in the field next to them with no luck, they were patient every time I came in throughout the day to look for him, animal control in late afternoon got a call about him and brought him over to the hospital, they contacted me that they found him, these ladies were beyond professional you can tell they care about the animals.... THANK YOU ladies I will never forget the way they took care of my Dog.

We took our 3 young kittens there in June have been back once a month. Very nice ladies in the front and the doctors and nurse helpers also very good at there job. Dr. Kathy is our main Dr. She tells us this and that and when we need to come back. Prices is reasonable.3 kittens and I on s.s. it hurts but we luv these kittens and the people at the Lake Pet hospital in Eldon Mo. The staff says the Simpsons are in the house when we come in wothe the 3 kittens. We named female Rosie and the boys Rusty and Red.
