A Heartfelt Thank You β€οΈπΎ
We recently experienced one of the hardest moments our family has ever had to faceβthe heartbreaking loss of our beloved senior pup, Cheyenne.
From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff treated Cheyenne and our family with so much compassion, kindness, and genuine love. They knew it was her last day, and instead of simply doing their job, they took the time to give our old girl extra love, attention, and comfort. That meant more to us than words could ever truly express.
Their professionalism was exceptional, but it was the compassion behind that professionalism that truly touched our hearts. They understood that Cheyenne wasn't just a dog. She was our baby girl, our family member, our best friend, and a cherished part of our lives for 11 beautiful years.
To everyone who cared for Cheyenne and helped guide us through those final moments, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for reassuring us, comforting us, and helping us navigate one of the most painful journeys a family can experience.
The Wright family will forever be grateful for the love and dignity you showed our girl.
If you're looking for a place where your fur baby will be treated with genuine care, compassion, and love, we cannot recommend them enough. They didn't just care for Cheyenneβthey cared for us when we needed it most.
Thank you again for everything you did for our beautiful girl. β€οΈ
Rest peacefully, Cheyenne Renee.
11 years of love, memories, snuggles, adventures, and unconditional friendship will never be forgotten. πΎπβ€οΈ

Its was 100+ degrees outside, I told the staff my puppy seemed lethargic and week 24 hours after giving him deformed and that based on the symptoms above along with pale gums and some diarrhea when I looked online it was suggested to get him seen by a vet in case of dehydration or something more serious. I also explained he had not thrown up at all and there was no blood in his stools. Yet they refused to let up inside and made me sit outside in the hot parkinglot when i had no ac in my vehicle with a very sick puppy as they came out with a swab wanting to test for parvo. 15 mins later they come back and tell me my puppy was positive for parvo! Naturally I started hysterically crying as they tried to con me out of 600 dollars I didnt have for a shot that wasn't guaranteed to even work. So then they came out with a bag of expired donated meds, a bag of fluids and a shot for nausea (which i already explained he didnt have any and hadnt thrown up) the lady gave my puppy this shot anyways and then showed me how to give my puppy fluids to basically take him home and watch him die a little more comfortably.....I had a beyond horrible experience here and much much much to my pleasure as soon as we had gotten home my puppy was feeling better already from the fluids and went straight to the food bowl to eat. Needless to say my puppy never had parvo he was in fact just sick from dewormer and dehydrated and this vet never got to con me out of 600 dollars for a shot either! Its been a week and puppy is happy and healthy and after our experience there we will NEVER be returning to this vet clinic!!!
