The medical care is very good, but make sure this is what you need before going in. They often have ultra-long wait times due to emergencies, inadequate client communication and extremely high fees that could be avoided by better staffing and management.

28 pound Siamese cat. This is the worst possible vet service. Let me explain. They took all the blood out of my cat, then said my cat needed a blood transfusion and showed me my cat practically dead, and tried to charge me $700 to put the blood back in my cat. I didn’t have that kind of money. they killed my cat. euthanized him.

I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and the incredible team at VSS. My dog, Charlie, is very nervous, but the vet techs were remarkably patient, gentle, and kind with her throughout her entire TPLO surgery and recovery. Beyond the stellar medical care, the administrative staff is wonderful. They are incredibly clear when explaining charges and make scheduling the appointments easy. I also love that I can email the techs with any questions and always receive a response that very same day. They made a stressful surgery so much easier for Charlie, Marsha and me.
