If I could give zero stars I would..first off the lady in the office gave me incorrect information over the phone on a procedure..: leading up to the procedure I paid $400 and then come to find out the vet wasn’t even “available” to do the procedure and I was left with scrambling on Thurs evening trying to find another vet and not offered a refund or even an apology. They were rude while in person and over the phone.. Needless to say I won’t be back as they can’t be trusted with my animals and don’t back up what they agreed upon when taking my money.

I am always comfortable bringing my pets here. Both Dr. Croucher and Dr. Shockley are extremely knowledgeable and treat them as if they were their own pets. The whole crew is compassionate and professional. Knowing they are in very capable hands when they are there is very comforting. I just want to reiterate that the level of care my pets receive is stellar. All of the veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I see reviews fussing about pricing. Bottom line is that everything is expensive, not just vet care. Whenever I bring my pets in, I am given the diagnosis as well as differential diagnoses that may also be a consideration. I am always given treatment options with estimated pricing for each service or treatment and allowed to make the decision on which treatment I would like to go with. My pets receive excellent care. I know they are in good hands when with, not only the veterinarians, but also all the technicians and staff in the office. I recommend this practice without reservation.
