The staff is very kind and caring! I was in with a new puppy and they were so patient and helpful with all of my " New Mom" questions. Dr Rose and all of her staff are definitely going over and above for their patients. So happy to have found them!

Thank you to everyone here today for being so caring, compassionate, and understanding during the difficult process of letting go of my beloved dog, Roxie. Saying goodbye was incredibly hard, but you made the process a little easier for me. Your reasonable pricing allowed me to afford the return-of-ashes package, which meant so much to me because I will be able to bring a part of Roxie home with me. Thank you for treating Roxie and me/family with such kindness and compassion during such a heartbreaking time. It truly means more than you know. ❤️🐾

Was able to see Abby’s vet Dr Melissa Rose although her schedule was fully. After bloodwork, and testing Abby was an overnight stay and medication and fluids have helped so much. Abby is doing great today. Thank you Dr Rose and staff for the great care and updates you provided!!

My reason for 5 stars would be for the facts that Dr. Rose made it possible for me to take care of my boy "Rabbit" He was having issues that could have cost me upwards of thousands of dollars. Thanks to Dr. Rose it did not, and he was taken care of by her team for much less. I will always appreciate her kindness and understanding. The team at Parkville Heights should also be recognized for always being kind and understanding. I knew my pup was in great hands when I needed to leave him there for a few days.
