We took our dog here after he had passed to have him cremated. Everyone exceeded our expectations and were so kind and sensitive during this awful time. They made such a sad experience much easier. They even sent us a card that they had all signed. We are so touched and cannot believe such amazing humans work here and know they are taking the best care of animals even after they have passed. Thank you all so much.

We used them for over a decade for our dog. Generally, everything was great. Our pet passed away suddenly and we called to inform them so our monthly billing could be stopped. We learned that due to a recent annual visit, we were still on the hook for the next ten months. Absolutely unacceptable. We will never use Banfield in the future. You all should be ashamed of your behavior and business practices.

Pet passed away. Called them to try and get the pet insurance canceled. They told me they could keep billing me like normal or I could pay the 4 months of payments up front to cancel it. Dont use these people.
