Extremely rude. Paid $88 after my cat ate bad food. I was told to call back on Friday if he still wasn't eating. Then I was told it was $200 for the blood work, and they'd have to keep him over the weekend since it's a Friday and demanded all the payment up front. There's no way the receptionist even spoke to the Vet with how quickly she was giving me non-answers; she didn't even have time to repeat my questions to anyone. They gave me no care instructions whatsoever despite me pleading saying 'There has to be something I can do until I get paid'. They refused to do a payment plan of any type or take payment in 5 days when I get paid. I'll NEVER go back. Completely uncaring, cold, and callous. Miserable. Don't take your pets here. Overpriced and just took a wild guess as to what was wrong for 88 bucks.

I found this little female kitten, low-crawling in the road, with limited mobility in her hindquarters. Although no wounds or bleeding were visible I really didn't dare to set my hopes too high. I called Langley, having never been there before, and they scheduled me right in. I was treated well, the staff were compassionate and kind and, most importantly, this little kitten was examined with the most gentle hands, diagnosed, dewormed and send home with me to mend. The charges were fair, unnecessary testing was not done, and clear instructions were given. I will be happy to follow up with her shots, spay and follow up care at Langley. A+ care.

My 15 yo cat, Baby, was very ill ~ they were so supportive and helpful during the diagnosis. She was given an antibiotic and has fully recovered. THANK YOU!
