My husband called this clinic a while back, to take our pet to, and the receptionist was very rude and said they aren't taking any new pts. And when he asked a few questions, she continued to be rude. We have a dog and 2 cats, we wanted to give our town the business, and to make it less stressful on my pets to come somewhere closer. Especially the cats, since they don't like car rides. Bogey Hill in St. Charles will continue to get our business yearly and for other issues. I hope they're nicer to the pets they see............

We have been bringing our senior toy poodle to Dr. Klingler for many years, and the care he has provided has been outstanding. Whether it’s a routine check-up or addressing age-related concerns, Dr. Klingler consistently takes the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation and uncover the root cause rather than simply prescribing a quick fix. His explanations are always thoughtful and clear, ensuring we feel informed and involved in our dog’s care. We also appreciate how our dog remains with us in the exam room for most of the visit, helping him feel safe and calm. We truly value the level of care and compassion provided at Valley Veterinary Clinic.
