Had an appointment today at 10:00 am. When we arrived the store had a sign posted that they were closed due to no staff. Didn’t even get a call or heads up. Terrible service. Will be canceling membership.

I am pissed!!! So I brought my dog to this location. And I will tell you he's very hyper and has zoomies! When the assistant and the vet walked in they were looking at him like he's an alien like they're not used to handling hyper dogs. The vet had the audacity to look me in my eye and tell me that I need to reschedule an appointment so I can give him some medicine to calm him down so they can handle him. I'm like what??? I told her this is new every other vet has handled my dog. In my head I'm like, "so tell me you're incompetent without saying you're incompetent." I've never had a vet turn me down because my dog is hyper. If she cannot handle that type of pressure she doesn't need to be a vet. What did they teach her at school? I am a school teacher. I teach general education. I have to handle student students with IEP's, ADHD, etc. I will never come to this location or matter fact Banfield ever again!! And yes, I am concerned that I was possibly turned away because I'm a black customer!!! And I am definitely writing corporate.
