I am a former vet tech so I’m picky about where I take my pets for care. I was impressed with the way pets are triaged and impressed with the seating arrangement in the open triage area. It was a calm environment despite it being an emergency clinic. I also liked the special touches such as offering a drink to the humans and having pet related tv to occupy our brains while we waited. The wait wasn’t long at all despite the parking lot being full. Every staff person we interacted with was polite, explained meds and procedures well, and was friendly. Well done! I’ll definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, VEG was an absolutely wonderful place to bring our little kitten. She is only 2 months old and her name is Kuromi (Romi), and they were so good with her. There were 3 staff members who worked with her. Each one was very friendly and very helpful with her and our questions while there and questions about how to care for Romi after leaving the emergency vet. We will be coming back, Heaven-Forbid we need any other emergency vet care.

Went there 3 separate times for multiple animals. Of course all on the evening shift. The vet there (I can not remember her name but she was blonde) diagnosed all 3 animals with cancer. Just for me to spend thousands on test (because she did not run any at all) to confirm it was in fact not cancer. She recommended euthanasia all 3 times. Thankfully we only did 1 (it was the babies time but it was the 3rd time she said cancer). If we would have went through with the other 2 we would have lost more than 1 pet due to her negligence. Everyone else there were absolutely wonderful and helpful. That’s why not 1 star.

Great experience for me and the dog during a challenging time. Techs were all great and attentive even while they were super busy. Dr Wagner was awesome.
