Tried to reach out directly by email about inappropriate conduct online to avoid leaving bad reviews and effecting business but the email response I got is just wild. I did not leave the review they are referencing in this email. This is so incredibly unprofessional and uncalled for. I don't care how good of a doctor you are, this is not acceptable.

Observed Dr. Stair bullying online, calling other veterinary professionals twats, etc.- not good especially in this field when there's a mental health crisis. Do better.

They ACTUALLY care about your pets and no I'm not being paid to type this. Their prices are reasonable and will not at all try to scam you or try to take advantage of you and your situation unlike some other vet clinics do. I had a really bad experience at Fox Creek Vets and Highridge animal hospital came in clutch. My cat is alive and well WITHOUT a surgery. (p.s, I don't write reviews anywhere but this clinic and their staff deserve it)

These people care about your pets. Don't hesitate to take your furbabies to this vet and her team. The whole experience is fantastic for pet owners as well as their pets. The facility is always so clean and inviting. I have been taking my pets here for over 10 years and we are here to stay. Very reasonable on her prices too...

Terrible place.most unprofessional veterinarian ever.not even worth the price.if I would have seen the comments. I would have not wasted my time.they were niot even capable of a nail trim and they were 2 people, one tiny dog!had to point out that they missed a nail! I paid vet left the room see other comments glad I did not take other pets.
